We fund the businesses that keep the lights on.
Different industries fail in different ways, and underwriting that ignores that is underwriting that declines good businesses. Ours does not.
Where most of our funding goes
We fund well outside this list too — these are simply the sectors where we have the deepest history.
Construction & Contracting
Bridge the gap between completing work and getting paid on net-60 or net-90 terms.
Restaurants & Food Service
Equipment replacement, build-outs, and carrying payroll through a slow season.
Retail & E-commerce
Buy inventory ahead of your season and repay it out of the sell-through.
Trucking & Logistics
Tractors, trailers, fuel float, and covering the lag on freight invoices.
Healthcare & Medical
Practice equipment, expansion, and smoothing insurance reimbursement cycles.
Professional Services
Hiring ahead of a contract, technology investment, and receivables timing.
Auto Repair & Services
Lifts, diagnostic equipment, parts inventory and bay expansion.
Manufacturing
Machinery, raw materials for a large order, and facility expansion.
Beauty & Wellness
Second locations, station build-outs, and equipment for new services.
Landscaping & Property
Seasonal cash flow, crew expansion and equipment for a bigger contract.
Staffing & Recruiting
Fund payroll for placed workers weeks before the client invoice clears.
Transportation & Fleet
Vehicle acquisition, maintenance reserves and insurance premium financing.
A restaurant is not a staffing agency
Generic underwriting treats every dip in deposits as a warning sign. That is how a landscaper gets declined in February for being a landscaper.
Our underwriters work against industry-specific baselines. A seasonal trough in a seasonal business is expected, not disqualifying. A staffing company carrying payroll ahead of invoices is operating normally, not overextended. A contractor with lumpy deposits tied to draw schedules is not unstable.
It also shapes which product you are offered. Daily-receipt businesses fit daily payments. Project-based businesses usually should not take them.
