It applies to information about business representatives and applicants; we do not offer consumer financial products.

- Lending partners and funders — to obtain offers for the financing you requested

- Legal and regulatory — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, or to investigate suspected fraud

We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under applicable state privacy laws, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Telephone, SMS and email communications
By providing a telephone number and checking the applicable consent box, you authorize us and our funding partners to contact you at that number — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message — regarding your application and our services. Consent is not a condition of obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or contact us at the address below. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, and may use analytics and advertising cookies to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Because there is no uniform standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them; we do honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of personal information, a portable copy of that information, and to opt out of certain processing. Note that information required to service an active financing account, or that we must retain under financial recordkeeping and anti-money-laundering rules, may not be deletable while those obligations remain.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls limited to personnel with a business need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements — typically for the life of the relationship plus the applicable records retention period.
Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where required, communicated to you directly.
